ZoodMall marketplace operates on several markets, that allow merchants to list items and users to find and purchase items. We collect and use information from users (customers), merchants (sellers). We also use information to find items that we think will be of interest to customers and to find the right price for each item.

Deleting your personal information
1. If you want to delete your personal information from our platform, you should send us the written request via Email at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject of email "deactivate account" with indication of the reason of deleting the data.
2. We will process your request in 3-5 business days and once we confirm that there is no outstanding financial liability on you or no pending delivery items, we will deactivate your account and delete your personal data.
3. In case we are unable to deactivate your account and delete your personal information due to any reason, including regulatory restrictions, we will inform you about this via Email.
